Buffy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach who understands the challenges of balancing family and career with health and fitness goals. In the last 5 years, she has participated in a sprint triathlon, two bodybuilding competitions and several powerlifting meets. She loves learning and passing that knowledge on to others!
